What to expect at your Peekaboo Pro appointment

Order your Peekaboo Pro test kit online

Once ordered, your Peekaboo test kit will arrive with you in 1-2 business days.

Find your nearest clinic and book an appointment

As soon as you receive your Peekaboo test kit, use our Clinic Finder to schedule an appointment with your nearest clinic. If you need help with finding a suitable clinic near you, or would like to discuss the possibility of having a home visit, please contact us directly.

Don't forget to take your test kit with you to your appointment as this is crucial for your blood sample collection.

Warning: To prevent any contamination, do not open your test kit or break the seal.

During your appointment

Appointments generally only take around 10-15 minutes.

£35 will be deducted from the total kit price at check out on our website. This nominal fee is to be paid directly to the phlebotomist on the day of your appointment.

Your phlebotomist will:

Take payment of £35.
Take a small blood sample.
Seal blood sample in a prepaid Royal Mail tracked 24 envelope and give it to you for you to post to the Lab. (Don't forget to ask for the tracking slip at the post office, this will enable you to track the parcel)

Do's

Arrive on time
Drink at least two glasses of water before your appointment to ensure you are well hydrated - this will allow for a smoother blood draw
Post your blood sample off as soon as possible

Don'ts

Do not break the seal and/or open your test kit when it arrives. Simply hand over to your phlebotomist, who will take care of the rest!

From You to Peekaboo Labs

Your sample will be posted in the pre paid package to our London office via Royal Mail Tracked Returns 24, which takes 1 business day*

The London office then ship your package using FedEx (freight forwarder) to Peekaboo Labs in the US, which takes one business day.

You’ll receive a “sample arrived” email the day it arrives at the Peekaboo Labs, and your gender result will follow within 24 hours after that email.

Providing the postal service runs smoothly, you’ll have your result within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your result within 7 business days, please get in contact with us at hello@babygendereveal.com.
